Form of the book has been typeset by The Typeworks of Pt. Roberts, Washington, in Linotype Sabon, a face designed by Jan Tschichold in the early 1960's and released in 1964. The text of the book was designed by Vic Marks in close adherence to Jan Tschichold's principles of book design. It has been printed by Edwards Brother of Ann Arbor, Michigan, and bound by John H. Dekker & Sons of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The paper is Glatfelter Offset Laid supplied by the Lindenmeyr Paper Company.
