Designed by Eric Gee who, assitsted by David Vickers, has also been responsible for the letterpress printing, using the pre-war Gregynog Press Victoria platen. The illustrations have been reproduced by Adrian Lack at the Senicio Press using screenless offset lithography. The type is 16pt Monotype Bembo, machine-set and put through the stick, and the whole edition has been printed on T.H. Saunders pure rag mould-made paper. Published in an edition of 268 copies, of which 18 have been specially bound by James Brockman and numbered I to XVIII, and 250 bound under his direction, and numbered 1 to 250. Copy number [124].
