Dear Mercia. There are 300 copies of this book of which 250 are for sale. Bill Hughes set the text at Solo-Type in 12 and 11 point Baskerville, and it was printed at The Fleece Press on Zerkall paper in February 1991. Smith Settle printed the illustrations, and also bound the book in quarter cloth and paste paper made by Clare Maziarczyk in New York. I am especially grateful to Jonathan Stephenson for his help.
