This book was produced in an edition of two hundred at the Arion Press in San Francisco. The type is handset Inkunabula. The paper was specially made from cotton fiber by Curtis Paper Company. The colors were printed from linoleum blocks cut by Fred Martin. Members of the press included Glenn Todd, pressman; George Shakespear, George Ritchie & Alan Troxler, compositors; Susan Spring Wilson, bookbinder.
