200 copies have been set by Wesley B. Tanner in Linotype Janson and printed by Leigh McLellan in two collors on Ingres Antique Laid paper. 100 copies are cased into boards with a cloth spine and hand-decorated paper sides, and 100 copies are bound in Gainsborough paper covers.
