This book, limited to one hundred & fifty copies, was printed at The Gehenna Press in Northampton, Massachusetts in Centaur monotype on Amatruda, an Italian hand-made paper. The portrait of the poet was drawn by Leonard Baskin. Harold McGrath was the pressman. Five copies, bound in full vellum & numbered I to V, have an additional impression of the drawing signed by the artist. The regular edition, bound in half vellum & decorated-paper over boards, is numbered 1 to 145. The work was finished in March 1974 ... This is copy [100].
