The presentation of this, the twenty second publication of the First Edition Club, has been made possible by the generosity of the author, Holbrook Jackson, one of the Club's earliest members and benefactors; the printer, A.A.M. Stols, also a member of our Club, whose constant eforts in the cause of good typography are well known in England and elsewhere, and Gerard Proost, of the Pannekoek Paper Mills, whose mould made papers are world-famous. Four hundred copies have been printed by the Halcyon Press (Maastricht, Holland) in Erasmus type, designed by S.H. de Roos.
