Of the 275 copies of this book printed on mouldmade Frankfurt paper at the Bird and Bull Press in January of 1991, 239 copies are for sale, each offered together with a Sweynheym and Pannartz leaf. The text was composed in Italian Old Style types by M & H Type. Eight special copies numbered I-VIII are accompanied by a Sweynheym and Pannartz leaf with a seven-line rubricated initial in two colors and were bound by Bernard Middleton in blindstamped goatskin in the style of a Roman binding of the time of Sweynheym and Pannartz. The standard copies are numbered with Arabic numerals and were bound by Campbell-Logan Co. with marbled papers especially designed for this edition by Iris Nevins. The folding cloth box was constructed by Nancy Cuthbert. This is copy No. [212].
