This book was designed and the letterpress was printed by Will and Sebastian Carter at the Rampant Lions Press, Cambridge, on Arches vélin mould-made paper. The text was edited by Sebastian Carter and set in 18pt Palatino. The plates were printed at the artist's studio by Mary West. The patterned paper used in the binding was designed by Anthony Gross and Will Carter and printed at the Stellar Press at Welham Green. This edition consists of 135 copies, divided as follows: 120 copies, numbered 1-120 and signed by Anthony Gross, consisting of the text and the plates; and 15 copies, numbered I to XV and signed by Anthony Gross, with an extra set of the engravings, each signed by Anthony Gross, and an original working drawing, in a separate dustpoof box.
