1,500 copies of this publication have been printed by letterpress from Joseph Blumenthal's Emerson and Hermann Zaph's Hunt roman types at The Stinehour Press in Lunenburg, Vermont. 1,000 copies are for The Grolier Club, 500 copies for the Typophiles. The cover paper has been made by hand for this book at the Velke Losiny Mill in Czechoslovakia and generously donated by Atlantic Papers. Designed by Jerry Kelly.
