This book was designed and five hundred copies were printed by Sebastian Carter at the Rampant Lions Press, Cambridge. The type is 12 point Times New Roman set by the Stellar Press, with display matter in Hunt Roman; the paper is Zerkall Silurian; the lino-cuts were printed from the original blocks. The binding, in specially designed patterned papper boards, was by Woolnough of Wellingborough. This is number [82].
