This is the seventy-first publication of the Arion Press. The book was designed and produced by Andrew Hoyem with the assistance of Gerald Reddan, Blake Riley, Lewis Mitchell, Peter Stoelzl, Kenneth Howard, Flannery Bateman, Sara Lanham, Charles Martin, Laura Heyenga, and Diana Ketcham. The types are Modern for the main texts, Egyptian for the annotations, special characters for the mathematical symbols, Lining Gothic for display and section heads, and six-point ornaments (three sizes of squares and a dot) for the pixelated portrait frontispiece. The Monotype and foundry type were cast by M & H Type. The equations, portrait, and display sizes were handset. The printing was done by letterpress. The paper is Schiller, a German mouldmade sheet. The edition is limited to four hundred numbered copies for sale and twenty-six lettered copies hors de commerce. Copy [232].
