All sheets loose in the accompanying folder are genuine. As explained in the Achknowledgements, the sheets tipped onto the pages of this book were forged here at Incline Press. We have roughly followed the original processes to give a real sense of the origal sheets. Ours, on examination, will differ from the originals in at least one of the major respects: typeface, paper, and use of colour in paper or ink. The text is printed on Magnani paper in Bembo types, supplied respectively by John Purcell Paper in London and Harry McIntosh in Edinburgh. The Block Shop in Manchester made new magnesium printing blocks as necessary, and the binding was carried out in the Bradford workshop of Stephen Conway. On an edition of two hundred copies this is [number 94]. Thanks to Rigby Graham who developed the original idea and thus helped made a real book of it, and Derek Deadman whose bibliography gave us the reason to print so many broadsheets. All being well, they have both signed this copy. [Gesigneerd door Rigby Graham en Derek Deadman].
