This is the fourth of the books printed at the Fleece Press which show the blocks left in John Buckland Wright's studio at his death in 1954. There are a total of 300 copies, and all are bound using a patterned paper derived from an original design by the artist. Half are bound in quarter cloth and are housed in a slipcase. Ninety copies are quarter bound in vellum and are accompanied by a print of Café Dansant No. 2, housed in a drop-back box. Sixty copies (of which six are accompanied by extra proofs and are not for sale), are issued as above but contain two tipped-in prints, of The Blue Dress, and The Red Room. Simon Lawrence enjoys colour blindness, so these were printed by Ian Mortimer. The type is Modern No. 7 set at Whittington by Peter 'The Raven' Sanderson. The paper is Magnani avorio Biblos, and the book was bound by Smith Settle, Otley. The tipped-in reproductions were printed in Sheffield by J.W. Northend Fine Print.
