Endgrain Editions Two: Abigail Rorer is published by Barbarian Press in October, 2001, in an edition of 210 copies. Of these, 150, quarter bound in Japanese silk and patterned paper, constitute the Regular edition, and 60, bound in quarter leather & patterned paper, & accompanied in a slipcase by a signed proof of the frontispiece, the Deluxe edition. The type is Joanna, with Bembo and Fournier Le Jeune with Meadow Border for display; the papers are Book White Wove & Cream Laid, both made by Zerkall Mill. The binding of the Regular edition is by Rasmussen Bindery Ltd., and of the Deluxe by Simone Mynen. The book was designed by Crispin Elsted, and the type set by him & Nancy Campbell, who also assisted Jan Elsted in printing the texts. Two of the engravings were hand-coloured by Abigail Rorer & Nancy Campbell with assistance from Tiffany Hastie. The printing of the engravings, all from the original blocks, is by Jan Elsted.
