The Checklist was designed by George Laws and printed by M.A. Gelfand and Jim Ricciardi on Mohawk Letterpress paper from type (Bembo) set at the Out of Sorts Letter Foundery, in Mamaroneck, New York. With a few exceptions, the wood blocks, and other types of illustrations were printed from metal line cuts. John De Pol created the design for the cover pattern paper, and a new wood engraving of the Stone House. George Laws drew the "Stone House Press" initials and figures for the title page and the opening paragraphs of the Preface, and the introduction. Lynn Peterson assisted with proofreading, folding, and collating. The binding was designed by George Laws; the books bound by Frank Casto of Alpha-Pavia Bindery, New York City. This edition is limited to 200 copies, numbered and signed by the compiler and by the printer, with 175 for sale. This is number [102]. [Gesigneerd door M.A. Gelfand en Catherine Tyler Brody].
